Release note: version 3.13

New features :

  • We've modified the application's main menu to facilitate access to the various pages.
    • There used to be pictograms in the top right-hand corner of your application...
    • ... now you'll find the same menus at the top left, with the corresponding terms: Folders / Repository / Admin / Others.
    • By clicking on each of these entries, you'll find the sub-sections to which you have access, so you can go straight to them!

  • Add specific operator fields: You can now customize operator information by adding specific fields, such as ID number or qualification level. See documentation
  • You can now track statistics and data from the Trepied.co application in real time. You have access to key indicators such as the number of prevention plans, the number of operations created... Contact us to activate the functionality. View documentation
  • Add pictograms to permits: You can now add pictograms to make permits (fire, work, specific...) issued via the application more visual and legible. See documentation
  • We've added a new feature to control visits. From now on, you can include images in controlled measurements to make it easier to understand the results of the visit. View documentation
  • We now allow permits to use risk analysis for interventions not linked to a prevention plan.
  • You must now unlock the risk analysis of an activity linked to several interventions in order to be able to modify it. View documentation
  • You can no longer modify the risk analysis of an intervention/operation that is in Completed status (= whose end date has passed).
  • User export: admins can now export their organization's user list in Excel format. See documentation

We have corrected :

  • Display of important information: We have corrected a problem with the display of important information in the warning block.
  • Refresh user emails.
  • We've also solved the problem of user emails refreshing on modification.
  • We've solved the problem of changing stakeholders in location risk
  • We have corrected the handling of large volumes of data and conflict management during initial loading, as well as synchronization.
