New update!

Release note: version 3.14

This update brings enhanced features as well as important fixes to improve your experience. Here's an overview of the new features and fixes included:

New features :

• Email sender when sending notifications from your folders/operations: we've added a new setting to customize the "default" sender. You'll find this feature in admin > my company > email > sender email.

• We have added the ability to import zones from an Excel file when importing sites. This makes for a smoother process and more efficient management of location data. View documentation

• Control visits: the controllable measures are now filtered according to the participants selected during control visits. This enables you to view the specific measures to be implemented by each stakeholder, simplifying the analysis and follow-up of preventive actions. A deadline and a pilot for actions to be taken in the event of non-compliance have been added, and can now be made mandatory. See documentation

• We've added a new "supplier code" field that lets you associate a unique code (often linked to your purchasing nomenclature) with each external company. This makes it easier to find and identify external companies in the application.

• We have added the file start and end dates to the wide-screen EE portal.

Corrections :

• We have corrected a problem that prevented searching by operator name in the folder list. You can now search and filter more precisely by operator name.

• Changing a user's synchronization: We have resolved a problem that affected a user's synchronization after changes had been made to their account.

• Permits: maximum date not taken into account: We have corrected a problem where the maximum date was not correctly taken into account when managing permits. The maximum date is now correctly taken into account.

• Auto-completion in the EE portal search now takes case sensitivity into account.
