Release note: version 3.18

This release brings performance improvements and bug fixes. See what's new below:

• Add a Title to editions (Inspections, prevention plans, permits and audits) visible only if filled in the title block on the cover page.

• Addition of an order reference on external companies in the files

• Adding a contact tab to EE portal folders

• Statistics - Bookmark management: you can now save your settings as bookmarks (these bookmarks are stored on your workstation and are not shared between users).

Corrections :

• Operator sign-off on the EE portal has been corrected and is now possible from "to be signed" status (on the signatory session).

• Sending emails now displays details of failures (address and reason for each undelivered email).

• Correction of user management interface (refresh after addition)
