Release note: version 3.19

This release brings performance improvements and bug fixes. See what's new below:

• Activity types* : You can now define a list of activities that will be proposed (autocomplete) to editors when activities are added to worksites. You can define a risk analysis that will be automatically reported when an activity is added (requires activation of a specific permission).

• Locations repository* : You can now define a risk analysis for zones in the repository. This analysis will be automatically transferred to the folders when the zone is selected (requires activation of a specific permission).

• Download document templates: you can now view document templates linked to requests and standard requests in the repository.

• Statistics :
  • You now have access to the raw data calculated for the statistics...
  • a "service" field is now available, enabling groupings to be based on the name of the service as present in the file, instead of on the service hierarchy in the repository (useful if your organization has been modified)

• EE Portal - Guard post: The status of the "preparation" folder is now displayed in green if a PKI is scheduled for the day, with the document reference.

• Synchronization: a right is now available to synchronize the entire database for users with write access to all folders, or to access all folders in offline mode.

Corrections :

• Corrected downloading of edition appendices from document links

• Correction of duplicate folder numbering

* These functionalities require the activation of a right on your client instance in order to access them.
