Version 3.2.0

Release note: version 3.2.0

New dashboard!

  • The dashboard page has been revised to include the following elements:
    • a table is now available for keeping track of tasks to be completed, events in progress and those to come.
    • in this table of tasks and events, when a line is selected, a card with more information appears on the right, allowing you to go directly to the operation in question to act on it (if a joint inspection or prevention plan needs to be scheduled, signed or validated)
    • the filter and search bar has been moved to the top of the page. So when you select a filter and/or search, everything below it will be the result (in the tasks and events table and the operations table).
    • a legend has been added to make it easier to understand the color codes of the thumbnails in the operations table.
    • In the operations table, a Prevention Plan (PdP) column has been added, allowing you to track the status of each intervention: whether there are more or less urgent prevention plans to be made, or whether the prevention plan has been validated.

Other functions

  • In activity risk pop-ups, it is now possible to select 'all' measures at once, or none at all.
  • The notion of emergency instructions has been added to the application. It is now possible to configure certain emergency instructions in the repository, which will be added to prevention plans. These emergency instructions will remain modifiable when the prevention plans are generated, to take account of specific cases.
  • The 'download' and 'print' buttons on signable editions have changed and remain visible when the edition is scrolled down.

Corrections (made in v3.1.7)

  • Corrected copying of activity in a periodic contract when the activity came from a completed intervention (or worksite). The completed intervention/CT is now unchecked and grayed out, so that it cannot be checked again and the associated activity modified.
  • Fixed a refresh bug when deleting ICPs and PdPs.
  • Fixed application slowdown when too many measures were created locally on an operation.
