Release note: version 3.21

This release brings performance improvements and bug fixes. See what's new below:

• Security protocols :
  • You can now add multiple signatories and groups of signatories (subcontractor management, complex authorization processes, etc.).
  • The operator signature system is now also available for safety protocols and prevention plans.

• Signature edition : Documents to be signed in a folder are now only visible to the actual signatories (and no longer only according to signing rights).

• Operations stakeholders :
  • Lists of contacts, operators and documents are now "collapsible", and if there are more than 3 operators, these lists appear hidden by default for better readability.
  • When adding an external company, you can now search for companies in the repository by code or Siret.

• Email notification: You can now send an email to a folder's contacts and operators.

Corrections :

• Correction of mass emailing (timeout to limit network blockages)
